These yakitori establishments, open in four different locations, are uncompromising in their everyday skewering, grilling the items just right, and preserving the sauce that has been handed down over 40 years. We recommend the Premium Malts draft beer, which the owners went to the brewery to learn how to pour, and the takohai shochu and soda drink that is supposed to bring good fortune.
